hello, my first build so please bare with me..

My PSU did not come with any kind of 3-pin PWR_FAN cable to connect to my motherboard.. I've looked the cables over 30 times now. will this be a problem?

btw- all new equipment.. Asus P5Q PRO mobo and a PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750w PSU

Thats just a feature to observe other stat's like fan rpms for the PSU and such.
