I am currently setting up my system, but after completed I have no video response. I cannot even get the bios screen the show up. I have tried the HDMI and the VGA ports and still no luck. Pulled out the cache battery and reinserted, still no luck. Even unplugged all external devices, like HDD and DVDROM, etc. Anyone have any ideas what the issue could be? Any help would be GREATLY appriciated!

Try pulling one stick of ram. I pulled one stick of ram and it booted right up. Gigabyte said that the voltage setting needs to be manually set for the ram before installing the second stick. It defaults at 1.8V.

Note: I can run with 1GB, but even with setting the voltage, I cannot get the system to boot with the second stick... still working on that part as I type this. If you figure that out, let me know.

I bought this Motherboard in July and set it up with a new Athlon X2 processor and 4 Gb memory. It worked, though not as well as I expected, for about two months then suddenly it would not start. No display of any sort no beeps, no BIOS.
I struggled to find what I took to be a hardware fault for some days before giving up and returning it to the seller. (Scan computers) They agreed that there was a fault and repaced it with a rev. 1.1 board. The original was rev. 1.0. The replacement worked for a few weeks and then failed in exactly the same way. I now have a third board which I installed two days ago, it failed yesterday.
I am told that the latest version of the board (Rev. 2.0) has a Dual BIOS. Perhaps there is a reason for that.

I had previously formed the opinion that Gigabyte motherboards had a good reputation based on comments in forums such as this what has happened to this board?
