Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-X48-DS4 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813128336
Heatsink: ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835186134

Bought both of these items. Problem is the heatsink that says Ultra Durable 2 is a bit in the way for the heatsink to sit properly (air blowing towards the back).

Is it neceesary that the air is flowing towrds the back?
If I need another heatsink what heatsink can i get that will fit this motherboard?

- No. It can blow upwards to a top blowhole or psu.

- stock one unless you overclock.
