So I purchased a bunch of parts from newegg and built my new computer. Everything installed and ran perfectly. No problems at all. BUT! After about a month, I had a wierd problem where the computer turns on, all fans running, but no display. No bios or boot at all. I checked the internet to see what it might be. I removed everything except for basic stuff(mobo, 1 stick mem, vid card) It ran fine. Reinstalled the HD, still fine. Then I put in the other stick of memory. Same problem(no boot at all). So I figure it must be this stick of ram that went bad. I ordered the same type of memory again from newegg (planning on sending the other back). I run the system on 1 stick until I got the new sticks. So I installed the two new sticks and started it up. SAME PROBLEM AGAIN! So now I start to think its the Mobo. I start moving all the sticks around (4 sticks) in the different slots. So I finally deduce that all the sticks are good, but one of my slots on the actual Mobo is bad..SO....I install all of the sticks in all of the slots except for the bad slot. Everything runs fine, boots fine, but, I'm still running on 3x 2gig sticks. So, Ive been like this for a while but tonight, my system hardlocks, and when I restart, no boot, no bios...Same problem. Before I open it up again, I decided to ask you guys if this is a common problem and if it is indeed the MOBO? I'm looking up my specs right now. Please help!

I think you did a good job of trouble shooting. My guess would be RAM, PSU, MoBo.

But you already tested the ram.
That PSU is top of the line IMO
And you know atleast 1 slot is bad on the MOBO. I would RMA the MOBO and that should help. If not atleast you can rule out one more thing.

Is it difficult to remove the processor from the MOBO after its already been installed?

EDIT: Just checked newegg, and its been too long to RMA the mobo.... So I guess I'll have to buy a new one, the only problem is that the exact one I have is out of stock. What should I do?
