NO NO NO on the PSU. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] ing%2b610W This one instead. It comes out $5 cheaper and is MUCH better.

If you are only gaming change the CPU to E8400 and save $110.

Are you Crossfiring? You don't really need to with your monitor you picked. Change your motherboard to Asus P5Q Pro and save another $40. It is a Crossfire board and will work fine below 1920x1200 which yours is. If you NEVER plan to Crossfire change the motherboard to MSI Neo 3FR and save $85. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] %2bNeo3-FR

Get this video card instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814131111 Save $25 with the MIR.

The only thing is that the p5q board only has 8x/8x crossfire and if i planned to in the future wouldnt that bottleneck them or would that not matter for a 22" monitor?

Can I ask why?

I own that cooler and it does amazingly well on my e6400.  I can go from 2.13ghz to 3.0ghz and probably beyond that all under 55C.

The push pins worked fine for me, so I can't complain about that.  However, I'd recommend buying the bracket so you don't have to worry about breaking your motherboard.

It doesn't suck, it works fine with the retention bracket (you have to buy that seperately).

I have used the zalman 9500's and 9700's, they are the best in terms of cooling/noise. and you don't have buy a bracket so you don't have to break your motherboard

Under 1920x1200 it won't bottleneck. 22" fits into that category.
