the mobo light comes on when i turn on the PSU but nothing else happens.

nothing happens when i press the case power button.

no fans/psu fan turn

i checked the case power button is plugged in to the mobo and tried it in the nextdoor 'ground' slot aswell just incase that does anything

List your specs so people know what you're working with.

in the anandtech troubleshoot guide my problem is ...

System simply lies there and ignores me with its green LED lighted, showing it has power, but no dice when I press the Power button
 The motherboard is waiting to see an electrical connection between the two pins that the case’s power button is supposed to be plugged into.

i have checked this connection tho =/
