What is the difference between Q9450 and X3350 or Q9550 vs X3360? And the Q9550 just had a 200 dollar price drop so will it be more cheaper?

They are just two different lines of products that intel sells. Xeons are cater to servers while as the Qxxxx series is cater to mainstream users. The Xeon are supposely binned better and have a few features different from the Quads.

The Q550 will become cheaper, but not for a while. It is probably the best Intel CPU out there right now when you consider price/performance ratio.
