Firstly, hello!
Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong forum.
I'm gonna buy new PC - components.
What do you think.
I have a 800-850 € budget MAX.

Like this?

CPU: Core 2 Duo E8400 (3GHz, 6MB, 1333MHz FSB, s775)
RAM: 2x2GB DDR2 800MHz Corsair TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX, XMS2, DHX Technology Cooling
MB: Asus P5Q, P45, LGA775, DDR1200, PCI Express, SB7.1, Lan1000, SerialATA Raid 0,1,5, 10, 2x1394, ATX
VIDEO: RADEON HD4850, 512MB, Sapphire, 256bit, GDDR3, PCI Express, TV Out
HDD: 640, WD, SerialATA, 7200rpm, 16MB

+ 1 PSU + monitor = 800-850 € ? possible?

What advise can you give me?

Try
www.dabs.com
as well, often cheaper than ebuyer for some items but watch their postage charges.

Parts of your post suggest to me me you are American? If so I believe
www.newegg.com
offer good value too.

If you need a case/monitor/PSU €850 will be a difficult target for those parts.

I am assuming since your budget is listed in Euros and not Pounds you are not in the UK but somewhere else in the EuroZone.

What country are you ordering from OP?

It's enough. But ideally, you should get bigger psu to allow room for future upgrades.

Yeah, it's practical. Good advise.
The other that I need is: case, monitor. But I think that I'll choose monitor from the local store, case is easier to choose.

Now I'll look how much is this in Bulgarian money and will calculate it in Euro to see what is remaining on 800 euro budget.

Edit:
Video - ~156
MB - ~102
RAM - ~82
Processor - ~156
HDD - ~78
PSU - ~75
Monitor - ~150-60

Total: ~750 Euros
50 euros - for drink :D
