Hi. Need help!!!!

Motherboard: Asus P5B-VM SE http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813131178.

The Heatsink Fan is three pin while the motherboard has a four pin receptor/connector. Is it okay to connect the fan to the motherboard or should I only use a four pin fan.

The HSF 3pin connector should be notched so it only fits one way on the 4pin motherboard connector. No problem hooking up a 3pin fan to 4 pin MB.
