Instead of the 900, get the Tempest

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] %2btempest

Looks like a 900 wannabe, but this is much better, cable management is not a pain, fans are quiet, it accepts E-ATX mobos so you have much more space, and air filters. Tradeoff is the fans don't have speed control.

BTW thanks for showing me this, but I have to include monitor with my purchase, as I only have one and its very crappy. :D

I see a few things I would change on that build. The OS and RAM is the first thing that caught my eye.

Microsoft Windows Vista 64-Bit Home Premium for System Builders Single Pack DVD - OEM

Now get 4 gigs of RAM (2x2)

Use the money you save on the PSU

http://www.buy.com/prod/corsair-tx [...] 78325.html $109.99 Price After Rebate(s): $99.99

Corsair TX 750W ATX 12V Power Supply - CMPSU-750TX

Cheaper than the Asus..... --->

LITE-ON Black 20X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 8X DVD+R DL 20X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA 20X DVD±R DVD Burner - OEM

Better case in my opinion, for the fact it has better airflow and extra room for Crossfire / SLI set up.

COOLER MASTER RC-690-KKN1-GP Black SECC/ ABS ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail

If your not going to do extreme overclocking, and your looking for a great heatsink, this one is worth looking at, and it fits most Asus mobo's.

I am gonna overclock the hell out the CPU so ill stick with the current one. But for some reason I don't like the look of the 690 seems a bit boring. Thanks for the PSU link I also realized that the 900 was on sale there. And I don't get why 64 bit is so good.. Supports really little apps.

64 bit reads all 4 gigs of memory... 2 gigs of memory was the norm with XP 32...but that was when AMD was the thing, and COD4 hadn't even come out yet.

For 2008 and beyond, Vista 64 and 2x2 gigs is the norm, especially if you plan on playing anything other than flash games. :)

If your building a gaming rig, there's nothing to even consider. 64 bit Vista is the norm for many reasons, #1 being that it utilzes all 4 gigs of memory. Memory becomes a factor if your going to play newer games.
