Hello

I have Gigabyte 3d Aurora Casing and Corsair TX750W Power Supply.

I would like to know if it would fit in the case.

The Fan is at the bottom of the PSU.

Would the fan suck the air or blow out ?

If i fit it 3d Aurora, the Fan would point towards the CPU Cooler. It would point inside the Case, rather than outside.

Also, i tried testing the PSU by connecting it to the power socket. It did not run, does it need to be connected to the motherboard. I just wanted to test it out.

Yes. The mobo sends the Xoff signal and the PSU turns on. You can turn on a PSU solo, but it is risky and might damage the PSU.

And yes it would fit. My only advice is getting rubber straps ( or whatever are they called in English ) because aTX750 has LOADS of cables.
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOADS. I know. I have a TX750 too. But looks cool after organized

I have a 3d aurora that i used in my latest build and I think any psu can fit in there ! its a big case but by the time I got all my components in there including all the psu cables and water cooling tubes it seems alot smaller.

I bought another psu, a corsair hx1000 modular model because when i was building i regretted my having bought a non-modular psu because of all the unused cables in my case.

they have an 850w antec modular psu on newegg for either $140 or $150... i'd have bought that if i found it before i bought the 1000 watt one.($235)

Thanks

My main concern is the Fan's direction. It is at the bottom of the PSU.

Should it be at the Back where the On/Off switch is located.

Wouldnt the air blow in the case rather than out with the fan located at the bottom?

Can anyone understand my concern?

psu fans suck air in and exhaust out the back where the switch is and you can always turn psus on their backs if the fan is blocked
