Imo, the 6000+ will not bottleneck the 4870. I am currently running the 6000+ stock, and for games, by bottle neck is my 7600GT, which I will be upgrading soon to a 4850.

Unless your running a" looks like mud " resolution you shouldn't be bottlenecked at all.

But in fact, i'm already running with HD 2900 Pro, Is it worth to buy 4870.
Should I expect a big improvetment for it?
thx

yes, it'll be a markable improvement - the 4870 is at least 2-2.5 times the card in capability/technology

If you find your cpu "bottlenecks" your video cards - then just turn up antialiasing/anisotropic filtering/resolution :P

Then how about 4850?
how much faster does 4870 over 4850?

I wouldn't. The 8800GT is only a year old, and still a great card. You might find a 30% increase in performance- whether you find it worth it is your opinion.

i dont think it is wise to upgrade from a 8800gt to a 4850 like doomsdaydave11 said. at the resolution u play at 8800gt should play most games on high settings.

thanks all for you're advise, after some thinking and calculating i find out that it isnt worth it, i get maybe a performes boost of 10tops 15% 12300 now to say max 15000 with a 4870.
A 8800gt alfadog from xfx cost here new 99 euro, so i will get nothing for my 2ehand 8800gt (maybe 40-50 €) and must put a 175€ extra for the 4870, here 220-240€.

And as they say above, i still can play evrything on high(except crisis, but who can play crysis ultra high anywhay with good fps 50-75 LOL.

Many thank's all, see you later on toms :).
