Can anyone tell me about how the raid feature works on this motherboard? What type of setup would I need to do for the raid it talks about on their site? Thanks.

Hi.Which Asus motherboard are you talking about? What type of RAID setup are you looking for? Raid 0? Raid 1? To setup Raid you will need a motherboard that supports it and 2 hard drives ( usually the same make, model, capacity).
Thereafter you enable Raid in the BIOS and enter your Raid setup menu during the Post to setup your array.Hope this helps.
