Considering that the chips are a bit bigger I will say no and that they will need a new setup. I am sure they may make adapters for the current LGA 775 coolers to fit the LGA 1366 chips.

"The only problem with using a LGA 775 cooler on a LGA1366 chip though is that the LGA 1366 will have a bit more IHS surface area than the LGA 775 so it would be the best idea to just get a new cooler for it."
