Is the 4870X2 supposed to be released the rest of the 4000 series? Or will I have to wait a few months to get one?

I've heard august for the X2.

However FUD's latest article has the 4870 (not the x2) releasing next week, and at $299:

Yep, "8 weeks" from the release of 4870 as stated by AMD/ATI themselves. So probably Monday, August 25 if yer' good at math and stuff.

Gonna be a long wait! At least we'll get the 4870 next week to see how the X2 will look. Even if they dont actually release it next week, the NDA is up Wednesday the 25th.
