Well, In short..

I disable the Wireless Zero Configuration in order to stop lag spikes on Counter Strike Source.

However this stops windows from automatically connection to my network and so I have to reenable the Wireless Zero Configuration in order to stay connected, is there any way to connect to my network and have the Wireless Zero Configuration disabled?
