Is Vista64+Wireless= LAG solved??

I still have this problem,

I use WIN Vista 64 &D-Link DWA 110 G Wireless Adapter. I lived on a apartment which provide wi-fi signal.
Everything runs fine for browsing &download, but lagging like crazy when comes to online gaming (COD4)

Ive tried:
1. Disable WLAN auto-config

2.WLAN Optimizer &VISTA anti-lag (both running altogether after i disabled the wlan auto config)

Result:
Its only gets better, but not fixed
before, my ping numbers shows 999 almost always, now i have maybe 10-15 minutes before going back to 999, sometimes 30 minutes.

I also heard that Vista SP1 didn't fix this problem, another suggest to install my d-link with windows xp driver??

I want my ping numbers <100 permanently without going back to 999 ever, is there other way?
