Internet radio setup

I have been trying to get my Morphy Richads 27025 Reciva radio to connect to my Belkin wireless pre-n router but keep getting unable to open port 80.
I have disabled all security window/belkin I even put the p.c in the DMZ area of the router but still no joy.

[Internet connection is ok]I then changed tact I tried to connect to the p.c for media player files.
My files are on the c drive and are in a shared folder, the radio detects my p.c and logs on to my account ok[administrator], then scans for shared folders but can not find any.
I checked via the control panel - administrator tools - computer management and could see my shared folder ok.
I went into command mode and did a ping on the ip address of the radio and that was ok.
I am not sure if I have one or two problems here or is the port 80 a red herring and the real issue is security in xp home addition because with the firewall down and security on the Belkin disabled I would have thought it might connected.
I would be grateful if you could help, I am running windows xp. sp2 home addition.
