My mouse occasionally does it, sounds obvious but have you tried unplugging it and reconnecting it with the PC on? |

I might add that I've tried windows problem solution too, but when I click on 'keyboard' and I try to click on 'Solve problem' nothing happends.

It may be OS. Enable USB 2.0 keyboards and mouses in BIOS to be sure. Update drivers for MB, you may have bad USB ports. On my Dell laptop, some USB ports don't work sometimes. It's weird, but with a bit of luck you can fix this. |

as someone already suggested to you make sure that native USB support for your mouse and keyboard are enabled.
