As for the PSU, I have a TT 850wt and it does very well. The Zalman heatsink PSU is too new, so I know nothing about it, except that its bigger than normal.

Cases are a personal decision for the most part. Look for the most fans and the biggest fans for good airflow and silence. Probably the Coolermaster will be the better of the two listed.

The Zalman 9700, though a fairly good heatsink, is expensive and will not stand up to high overclocks. Check out Anandtech for heatsink reviews. There are several better heatsinks, for either the same cost or cheaper.

Though I generally prefer Seagate hard drives, any that you list should be fine, with a possible edge going to the Seagate 7200.11. Shop for price per gigabyte.

I've been using three ASUS SATA drives in two of my computers and they do a great job for the money spent. As far as lite-scribe goes, I've hardly ever used it and decided that it looks like a nice thing, but in practical terms, it isn't worthwhile to me.

yar i agree with sailer

even tho i have the 9700 cnps myself, i pretty much bought it because it looks awesome :) it still has decent coolings as it appears on the top 10 of most cooling benchmarks, there are other better ones for the same or cheaper price. the 9700 cnps is also pretti audibly noticeable when the fan is set at max. i usually play games with my headphones on, but when i have it off, there is a difference between the lower levels and max settings. i'm running all scythe fans in my case so the 9700 is the loudest fan i have :T

as for your PSU, i would recommend getting a 80+ certified PSU

thermaltake has a lot of 80+ certified...here's a link to the 80+ site so you can make your decision
