I have a Q9300 Running on a Zalman 9700NT and My temps are idle at 31-33 C is this hot? or Is this an acceptable temperature.

Also in HW monitor what is the SYSTIN Temp? Is that the temp of my mobo?

Sonds fine - you expect the CPU at idle to be at least a few deg c above the room temp - so unless you live in a fridge that sounds perfect.
