well i was originally going to go p45 but the deluxe/WiFi-AP @n or whatever it is seems like it has alot of problems and it only supports ddr3.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813131298 doesnt have that good of review while the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813131297 has excellent reviews!

I think the best option would be to buy a seperate wifi card if possible. Because I really like that deluxe mobo(the 2nd one). I could go with the ASUS P5K-E WIFI but the wifi technology isn' as good as the WiFi-AP @n which is what I would like to get. I heard it can also act as a wireless access point which is really cool.

"ASUS WiFi-AP @n
6 Times Faster than 802.11g WiFi Technology
With spec 300 Mbps transfer rates, 802.11n supports the latest WiFi specifications for better signal coverage, stronger signals and faster data transmissions in comparison to previous 802.11b/g standards. With two antennas, you will not suffer from signal loss like before. You can also enjoy the choice to set the device in AP-Mode or Client Mode."

Isn't there somewhere where I can buy a wireless pci card or something to hook up to my mobo?

yea, you should be able to get one at any big box computer stores...

they go for around 40 bucks for a g and around 60-90 for an n card and they can either attach through usb or pci slot.

As for "access point," do you mean a router?

"Based on the latest chipset from Intel, X38, it features tons of extra features such as Wi-Fi access point (allowing you to share your Internet connection wirelessly without the need of a wireless broadband router) based on IEEE 802.11n (300 Mbps and backward compatible with 802.11b/g, i.e. 54 Mbps)"

"The Wireless card used by ASUS is based on the latest 802.11n specifications and can act as an access point as well."

Quote :

There's also a built-in 802.11n wireless adapter that can double as an access point, as well as a wireless remote control,

so it would be cool if there is a card that could do that as well but it doesn't really matter too much if there isn't one.

any wireless device with internet access (router, pci card, usb card, or plan jane access point (wireless router with out the routing ability) can act as an access point, what ever it may be needs to be hooked up to the internet via modem or non wireless router with a wire. there is more than one method to do so and i believe Google knows the best for you.
