Some questions:
 
1. Will the big typhoon fit in the antec 300?
2. the E2180 already has a heatsink/fan. can i attach both the big typhoon and the original heatsink/fan at the same time?

in my opinion , I thing the big typhoon will fit the antec but dont take my word as granted, i would wait for more people to answer back and see .  
second , I believe you are unable to do it , the big typhon it self has a fan ,  
I dont believe its can be done.
