Your links don't work. For the power supply, you need to list the rest of your system and let us know if you'll be overclocking. For the memory, be sure it has a lifetime warranty; alot of memory sticks in various brands have been failing lately. I use samsung, crucial, or corsair.

Like o1die says, we need specs, and I think you need a more powerful PSU.
The TR2 has only an 18 amp 12 volt rail.

Unless you are going with a low end video card and you are not going to OC, you need a more powerful PSU.

Your PSU choice (and its price) suggests that you are on a tight budget. Well, if you are not prepared to get 650 - 700 watt PSU, forget about SLI. In that case, you do not need the nForce board. Get something like a Gigabyte P35-DS3L. Then you can take the money you save and get a better PSU and perhaps video card.

I use antec; it should work fine. Check asus website and see if any ocz is on their recommended list for your board. I'm with the previous poster on the motherboard. Unless you know you'll use the sli feature, I'd go for a p45 single video card board.
