They are different. Look at the specs on newegg. The Deluxe is 16 phase and the pro is 8 phase. I think the rest is pretty simular.

The deluxe is overclocking like mad.

For overclocking a Q6600 or E8400, would the P5Q, or P5Q Deluxe do a better job?
