Can you help me find a Motherboard that would be compatible with this processor I want to buy? - Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 Wolfdale 2.53GHz

I read somewhere some motherboards are not compatible with it, is it a new chip or something?
 
I chose this processor because of the low price and good reviews of c2d.
 
As far as the MOBO I am looking along the same lines, BANG 4 the BUCK MOBO.
 
I dont need SLI but if its not much cheaper it could be good to have.
 
I want to stay under $150 and 100 is even better if possible.
 
I am asking because I read some people who bought this EVGA MOBO I was thinking of buying said that 'you have to flash the bios for the MOBO to even work with this processor, and I cant flash the bios because I dont have a different chip to put in the mobo'
