im not a extreme overclocker or sli'er so i probabley wont need much power.

SPECS:
case: COOLER MASTER Elite 330
motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3L
Video card: MSI NX8800GTS 512M OC GeForce 8800GTS
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800
HD: Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD3200AAKS 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb
optical drive: SAMSUNG 20X DVD±R DVD Burner
OS:Microsoft Windows vista 32bit
Cpu cooler: ZALMAN 9500A 92mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler
CPU: intel Q6600

Yes a 450VX should be enough but just go for the 550VX just to be safe.

Yeah mate 450VX is excellent fo that build. No probs at all.

I've the same PSU for my build.

Yes it would, but you can get the 550 for only $10 more than the 450 here;

The 450W (it's a quality unit) PSU is sufficient.
I take it you plan to OC that quadcore.
The Zalman cooler is likely not going to be a good performer.
Consider the XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 (just my advice).

The VX450 is a GREAT power supply, and certainly enough to power your system. Look no further.
