No.  There is a primary 24 pin connector that is needed to run a motherboard and a standard power supply only comes with one of these.

So is there any special power supply for this purpose or it is completely impossible?

i think it would be possible as long as you were willing to splice each wire and attach another 24 pin connector. there might be a problem with one motherboard being able to shut off the power to both motherboards when it shuts down, but i think it would work, and then of course if you had a lot of drives or big videocards, you wouldn't have enough power and it would be unstable.

so its possible, but it would be a lot of work, and power supplies aren't that expensive, just buy a new one...

Perhaps a better question is why would you want to do such a thing?

He is probably trying to mount two motherboards in one case.

Getting room for the motherboard isn't the big issue. Usually the 2nd PSU eats too much space.

jaibot. That thing is a beast. Have fun paying power for that! But I guess  I do have a 400 watt PSU & 550 watt & 700 & 350 running. Plus 2 laptop chargers on all the time. 5 monitors. Xbox as media server(on about 10-16 hours a day and 6 routers/switches. My parents hate me :) and Air conditioning over 3400 square feet and cooling the basement.
