Hi.
Ok first of all I got this motherboard abit ax78 which is the great overclocking mobo I've ever seen.
Chipset: AMD 770/sb600
However, they got this problem with SB600.. what I mean is sata hdd can't run in ahci mode which makes the sata hdd performs like ide hdd. Usb perfomance lagging (using keyboard/mouse). I heard they gonna fix the problem, but WHEN??!

Thanks.

The SB600/AHCI problem is an AMD/ATi one so they need to fix the drivers, I don't have any problems with USB on my 2 AX78s.

MrsBytch, abit aren't going bust.

But there has been talk of them stopping motherboard production so that they can concentrate on their 'other' products.

which has been totally refuted - they say that they gained last year in mobos but yes, they will be extending the brand into new areas.
always was going to happen with USI, it's why they bought them in the first place imo.

For the sake of both my PC's I hope you're right and that it was just mis-reported information.
