hy ..i own one gigabyte p31 with 2 x 2gb ddr kingmax 1066mhz (works at 800) , with gainward gtx460 , psu corsair tx650 and intel core 2duo stock at 2,33GHZ and OC at 3,2GHz and works fine for frome some time without issues!
So at this time it't ok for me..
