This repair facility is pretty close to my house.. Anybody know if I could just walk in there and RMA a board? or if they have a will call center to buy boards?

--Yeah I could just call and find out :).. but in the meantime.. anybody know?

I don't know how they work their RMAs, its been a long time since I've RMA'ed anything. It could be, though, they they send everything to a central address and divvy it out to different locations depending on workload and/or specialties.

Calling them would be your best bet. But you knew that already, so...
