My computer wont boot up it just contantly buzzes and there is no display it is really getting on my nerves.

its a desktop running windows XP home
a gigabyte GA-81915p Duo motherboard
512 Mb RAM
Readon 6600LE video card

Any help would be sweet thank you.

Do you know the source of the buzzing sound? From what I gather it could be drive spinning for a second then shutting down?

The sound comes from the speaker from the front of the tower and if i unplug it the fans go and nothing happins.
