I am trying to get a lot of people to video etc there problems to try and force aol/carphonewarehouse to do something about this very bad service.

I had aol for many happy years apart from the normal aol 9 software problems, But since moving to CPW talktalk network it has become a joke.

I know I could move but to be honest with all of them clamping down on how much you can download aol 40gb is still very good. As I use internet radio and watch the odd tv show i have missed and 40gb soon goes...

Thanks
