Ok my South Bridge is to hot to touch, well i cant keep my finger(s) on it not even 2 secs without it hurting. I am going to check the bios after i finish typing this to see if i can get an actual temp.

Specs are:
E2180 clocked @ 2.4 GHZ with a 1.29 Voltage
Gigabyte GA-945GCM-S2L/S2C
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813128076

Now how hot should the SB be? Is the OC causing it to get hot?

Checking actual temps now.

Get a little bit of air over the heatsink and it should run alot cooler. The problem with those tiny passive heatsinks is that while they provide sufficient surface area to draw heat from the chip, the air around them isn't moving enough to remove the heat from the area around the heatsink, so your heatsink ends up trapping heat.
