I want to find some benchmarks that compare 1 videocard running compared to 2 of the same card in SLI for some newer games.

Toms site has SLI benchies, but I want a site that is good at evaluating how effective SLI is. Does anyone have any recommendations?

While not as in-depth as you are looking for, FS tested 9600GT and 8800GT SLI vs many other cards:

Note some massive Scaling in pretty much everything but HL2.

You could also look up 3-way sli to see how it scales 1 vs 2 vs 3 cards.
