I'm kinda an overclocking noob but um... Is it possible to flash your bios on a name brand computer like hp or dell or something so that you can get past the locked bios and be able to overclock your cpu and ram?

99% of the time, no. Tried it. Didn't work. =(

+1 on 99% no, 2004 was the last time I was able to do that and it was a Gateway computer and I downloaded the bios from Intel, but not anymore!
