Where can I get a free download of Fdisk software that will work with very
large HDs without setting off a part that I can't remove?

What exactly are you trying to do and how are you doing it? And what's this "setting off a part" thing? Are you talking about a partition that can't be deleted? Normally the only partition you can't delete is if you are trying to delete an active boot partition.
