Hello, i have forgotten my password for my acer computer and need it to restore factory settings tried using 000000 but wont work help

If this is a BIOS or hard-drive password, contact Acer. If Windows, no need to use the password, the factory restore will wipe it all out, passwords, accounts, files, etc....
