More Information

I just installed a GA-945GCM-S2C with a e2200 cpu w/stock cooler. I tried a different cooler but the heatsink was hitting a capacitor by the socket, I wasn't going to oc this but about 10%. The cpu temp in the bios first time showed 73c so I reseated the cooler and showed 43c. Once I loaded the EasyTune5 that came with the mb, the fan speed shows 1555rpm/36c. oc 10% and running prime95 temp run 65c which I know is too hot.

my question is, shouldn't the stock fan run cooler than it is? I'm using Artic Silver5. let me know
