Can't seem to find a definitive answer. I'm trying to find out if an interal speaker is supplied with the above mobo or case mfg to get all those good beep codes while booting up. Apparently, it's not on the Antec, so must be on the mobo. I would think that most P35's from Gigabyet would be similar. Searched manual to no use and cannot visually find the little bugger with the screechy noise maker. I know I can enable/disable these sounds in Device Manager, but if I have to buy a third party part, now is a good time. I have a couple of decent local shops, but I'd rather blab here and be called an idiot before meeting someone in public. OH, wife often calls me the idiot. Here I am at 62 trying my first build, if I can stand and bend and see well enough! She can't believe I'm even attempting this build. SO WHAT! My honeydooo list was boring to look at all the time. If I have any energy left, I want this PC endeavor to be seriously rewarding. Then, I'll get into PC Games (Have good Sennheiser Phones & 24" Sammy monitor, so why can't I be the master on this one little thing. Hell, she doesn't even know the cost! But, she "supports" me, etc. (Well she probably doesn't care about the cost, as long as I keep bringing in my retirement funds prematurely! If all goes really well, I'll even take my wife out to dinner, and on the ride back, after a few wines and coctails,I can call Social Security Disability with great thanks for all they provide me. Hmm, almost 1 pc for free each month!

No, back to that **** thing called "Reality". If anyone has that type of Gigabyte P35 motherboard and onboard beep sound, please give me a fishtale to fry. Used to be that I could eat a whole 12 oz very rare burger with her consent, now I've gotta fry it. Misspent youth, once again. Shouldn't have seen that Doors concert right after getting home from 'Nam. Shook my life around from good boy to a truly outrageous ars*Y^$%&* hole. Laugh and move on to the next scene, please!
