I have a program that worked just fine until Epson provided tech support on a scanner. They had me boot and reboot too many times. Next thing I knew I had a runtime error in my little Planner program which was part of Sierra Cardzone. I used it daily.

Tried several thing I found Googling the issue. I've uninstalled and installed the program and the error still pops up when I attempt to open it.

Checked the MS site for a fix and found nothing.
