Stop Error 0x0000009f

sfc /scannow reported that file integrity was intact. So it's not that. I'm leaning towards improper drivers, any help is appreciate.

Bug Check 0x9F: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

Usually indicates a driver problem.

When you get the BSOD, does it point to a particular driver/file?

It happens every time I enter sleep mode, so i've been unable to exit it - so to speak.
