Hi I have a toshiba satelite a-215 my dvd/cd drive will not read my disk, it doesnt automatically open auto play. and i have a problem burning Cd's and dvd's what can i do?

Replace the drive probably. Can try cleaning he laser pickups with a cotton swab, may help.
