Hello,
ever time i boot it goes into start up repair and it system resores its realy anoying because it has to do it evey time

If the repair/restore completes successfully, then something in the boot loader is not being cleared our properly. Maybe something in Shutdown is causing it. Have you checked for errors in the event viewer?

If you have your CD, you can repair the boot record.
