Ms dtc console program stopped working

I just disable it when my machine starts that c.p. Works great. You don't need it, anything Windows needs it either find it or notify you to help it get it. Most of the features of Windows is 'bells and whistles' and this is why I personally like it; I'm an engineer and hardware/technology junkie so I thrive on technological toys and their problems.
I have cache cleaning utlities that clean so deeply that they almost remove the solder from the board and I believe this is why I eventually end up with this Dist Trans problem but I'm not going to take the time or exert the effort to perform a recovery because my machine is so tweaked that it takes days just to load the updates and tweak all of the menus.
