ok i need ram 4 gb kit and idk what to choose and a mobo with SLI that will oc good

rate now i have a
Q6600 G0 @ 3ghz on stock volts
vid is 1.2875
4 gbs of a data PC6400 4 sticks realize that 2 sticks are easy to oc
650i fatal1ty in9 SLI board

Do you really need SLI? The nvidia chipsets are pretty picky and hard to work with so I would avoid staying away from them unless you have to.

Also, what kind of cooling do you have? If you are on air than pretty much any DDR2 800 will work because that will get you to 3.6ghz, which will probably be about as high as air will take you.
