I have a gigabyte p35-ds3l and am using that very ram (at least the revision 2 sticks), in fact, I just put in another 2gb last night when I installed Vista They work great for me.

You confused humor and rumor. I only point it out to help you with learning English.

Most problems I have heard about the Gigabyte motherboards and RAM have to do with speed. Anything higher than DDR2-800 has been known to cause issues.

Go to the Gigabyte web site and find this chart http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/FileLis [...] 3r_2.1.pdf
For your motherboard and select your ram using the chart as a guide.
GA-EP35-DS3R has a default setting of 1.8volts for the ram.
If you arent sure about making adjustments in bios for ram voltage purchase ram that runs at the default setting of your motherboard.
Read the specifications for the ram before you buy.

For example.

You are so kind but I'm newbie. And don't know well about hardware. I look in the links (.pdf) but don't understand anything. :( :(

Now I ask you this RAM and this board is work fine or not?

or last question. This motherboard is good or not? if it is not what should I do? What should I buy?
