I purchased a converter. It has a USB to plug into the laptop, and the RCA to contect to the wonderwall but the computer keeps saying can't find projector. What do I need to do?

See if this helps. If not, download a user manual for the projector.

USB to RCA adapters are not meant to be used for laptops but rather primarily for USB camcorders. On laptops and PCs, video does not route out through a USB port. You'll need to see what kind of video output your Dell has. Probably a VGA to RCA will work for you.
