How do I get rid of this Realtek High Definition Audio Driver thing? I don't know how I got it. I get static when I move my mouse and my voice is garbled on online phone calls. It won't allow uninstall. I get a message "setup.exe has stopped working". What is this nasty thing, where did I get it and how do I get rid of it?

May have installed via Windows Auto update.
