Hello,
why can`t I use the `` question`` mark sign

Also I seem to be in the wrong `mode `` because I can`t use the ``at ``, to send an EMail .

It had been fine .. I have had use of both of these .

I tried using FN but I don`t know with what else to get this back to normal key usage .

Windows system restore to date when they worked.
